Raffle Giveaway

All proceeds benefit Piedmont Informed Inc. and support legal advocacy, community education, outreach, and operational expenses consistent with the organization’s mission.

Eligibility

 

Participation is limited to legal residents of the State of Oklahoma. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of ticket purchase. By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants certify they meet all eligibility requirements. Void outside the State of Oklahoma and where prohibited by law. Piedmont Informed reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant before awarding a prize. Winners may be required to present valid government identification. Alcohol prizes will only be awarded to winners who are at least 21 years of age and present valid government-issued photo identification and proof of Oklahoma residency. If the selected winner is under 21 or cannot provide valid identification, another winner will be drawn.

 

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except where required by law.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Winning ticket numbers and winners' first name, last initial, and city may also be announced on Piedmont Informed's official website and social media platforms.
 

If a winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, declines a prize, or fails to claim a prize within 30 days of notification, Piedmont Informed reserves the right to conduct a new drawing for that prize.
 

Prize Disclaimer

Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.

All prizes are awarded "as donated."
 

Prizes may not be transferred without the approval of Piedmont Informed.
 

Piedmont Informed reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make a listed prize unavailable.

 

Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes required by law.

 

Vacation Prize

Any travel-related prize is subject to the terms, conditions, expiration dates, blackout dates, availability, and other restrictions established by the donor or travel provider.
 

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the winner is responsible for transportation, taxes, meals, gratuities, upgrades, and any other expenses not expressly included in the donated prize.

Beef Prize

The beef prize shall be awarded as donated.
 

The winner is responsible for arranging pickup within the timeframe specified by the donor.

Any processing, transportation, storage, or additional fees not specifically included in the donation shall be the responsibility of the winner.
 

Mailbox Prize

The mailbox prize includes only those items or services specifically donated.
 

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Piedmont Informed permission to use their first name, last initial, city of residence, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
 

Privacy
 

Personal information collected during ticket sales will be used solely to administer the raffle, notify winners, comply with legal requirements, and communicate with participants regarding Piedmont Informed activities.
 

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
 

Release of Liability
 

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Piedmont Informed Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
 

Fraud and Disqualification

Piedmont Informed reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

•Provides false or misleading information;
•Attempts to tamper with the raffle or drawing process;
•Violates these Official Rules; or
•Engages in conduct deemed unfair or fraudulent.
 

Any disqualified participant shall forfeit any prize without compensation.

General Conditions

Piedmont Informed reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or fairness of the raffle, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, fraud, or other unforeseen events.

Participation in this raffle constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
